Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the aycorp.id website collects through its contact and newsletter forms, why, and who processes it. Client projects are covered by their own agreements and data practices.

Who is responsible

PT Aryatama Teknologi Digital ("AY Corp", "we") operates this website. Questions and requests about your personal data go to mail@aycorp.id.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, enquiry type, message, and the page you sent it from.
  • Newsletter form: your email address.
  • Every request: your IP address and basic request details (such as the page requested and your browser type), which our server and hosting provider receive as part of serving the site.

What we do not collect

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Pages, fonts, images, and videos are served from our own domain, so opening a page does not contact other companies. Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, GitHub, and AY Labs take you to those sites, where their own policies apply. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive records through the forms.

How we use it

  • Contact form: the message is emailed to our team so we can reply to you. The website itself does not store it in a database.
  • Newsletter: we first email you a confirmation link that works for 48 hours. Your address is added to the mailing list only after you confirm. Until then it is not on the list, but Resend keeps its usual record of the confirmation email it sent. After you confirm, we use the address to send you our newsletter.
  • Abuse protection: to limit spam, the server counts recent submissions per IP address and per email address, in memory only, never in a database or log file. A count is used only during its limit window (10 minutes for form submissions, 24 hours for newsletter confirmation emails) and is discarded after that. All counts disappear when the server restarts.

Service providers

These providers process data on our behalf to run the website and send its emails, and some may process it outside Indonesia. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose it when the law requires.

  • Email: contact form messages are delivered through our email provider to our mailbox.
  • Resend (resend.com) sends the newsletter confirmation email and holds the newsletter mailing list.
  • Hosting: Vercel (vercel.com) hosts and serves the website. It processes each request, including your IP address and request details, and keeps standard access logs.

How long we keep it

  • Contact enquiries: in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any work or follow-up that comes from it.
  • Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove your address.
  • Unconfirmed newsletter sign-ups: not added to the mailing list, and the confirmation link expires after 48 hours. Resend keeps its record of the confirmation email under its own retention rules.
  • Rate-limit counts: in memory only, discarded after their 10-minute or 24-hour window ends.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data you sent us, withdraw your newsletter consent, or object to how we use it, as provided by applicable law, including Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022). Email mail@aycorp.id from the address concerned and we will respond.

Changes

When the website starts handling data differently, we update this page and the date above.
