By accessing AY Corp products, websites, or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our products.
Use of services
You agree to use AY products lawfully and in accordance with any additional documentation provided for a specific product. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to AY products. You grant AY Corp the limited rights needed to operate the services on your behalf.
Availability
We strive to keep AY products available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Intellectual property
AY Corp, AY Labs, Zenith, FlowSpec, and related marks are the property of PT Aryatama Teknologi Digital. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use them beyond ordinary reference.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AY Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the services or by email.
