Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms cover the aycorp.id website. Client projects are covered by their own agreements.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the aycorp.id website, operated by PT Aryatama Teknologi Digital ("AY Corp", "we"). By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Using the website
- Use the website and its forms lawfully and only for genuine enquiries or newsletter sign-ups.
- Do not send spam, malicious code, or information you are not entitled to share, and do not try to disrupt or overload the site. The forms limit how often they can be used.
Enquiries and services
Sending a message through the website does not create an account, an order, or a service agreement. Website development, software, and automation work starts only under a separate written proposal or agreement that sets the scope, price, schedule, and other terms. Information about services on this website is general; it is not an offer of a fixed price, date, or result.
Content on this website
Text, design, and images on this website belong to PT Aryatama Teknologi Digital or are used with permission. You may read, link to, and briefly quote them with attribution; other use needs our written permission. The AY Corp and AY Labs names and logos may not be used in a way that suggests our endorsement.
Links to other sites
The website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, and GitHub. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and may change or pause it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using or being unable to use the website, or from relying on its general information.
Privacy
How we handle data sent through the website is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions about them go to mail@aycorp.id.
